I have bought 2007 a Titan Oil tank ( kingspan) .A week the Oil supplier discovered Cracks and iI got in contact with Customer Service kingspan .they agreed to replace the tank with a New One of the Same Kind and Said That Installation will Not be payed for. Ifound out through my Plumber that another Customer with the same tank, probably a Bit older then Mine ,got the Installation payed for by kingspan. I told that kingspan and told them that I expected to be payed too. They came back ,telling me that at the Time i purchased my tank there was a guarantee only for the plastic. When i Asked again why the other Person got the Installation payed they Said that different guarantees have been out.
I think that whatever guarantee i have they should Pay the Installation because i think that the tank they provided me with was faulty from the Start. Ifound out over the Internet that there was something wrong with the Tanks, Not the material but the Design and Fabrikation.
Can you help me to get the Installation payed for by kingspanenv ?
