Hello,

I've been working hard to find a Professional to assist you with your question, but sometimes finding the right Professional can take a little longer than expected.

I wonder whether you're ok with continuing to wait for an answer. If you are, please let me know and I will continue my search. If not, feel free to let me know and I will cancel this question for you.

Thank you!

This happened last time and I never got an answer or got the credit back?

Hello,

You are currently on a subscription which involves a monthly fee rather than an individual fee which is why you were not offered a refund of the question fee.

I am happy to continue to look for a Professional to assist but it may be that the price set by the subscription may not be enough to compensate an Expert for the work they would need to put in on the question, given that you have asked for specific case law.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed,
Nicola
