I was eligible to inherit some money from my mother in 2010

Resolved Question:

I was eligible to inherit some money from my mother in 2010 but I declined on taking my inheritance and signed a form to say I wouldn't be accepting it. does this mean I wont be able to reclaim it in the future?

JGM : Yes it does, as the estate will be settled with the other beneficiaries and your share will go to the residue and will be paid out to the others in your place. If you have declined the legacy you have declined it in all time coming.
