How do I go about obtaining evidence of my mothers immigration

Customer Question

How do I go about obtaining evidence of my mothers immigration status as I lost all relevant documents including passport.

Hello,

Your mother should make a "Subject Access Request" (SAR) for all information held by the Home Office on her under the Data Protection Act 1998.

This will cost 10 pounds.

Please see here for information on how to make the SAR:

May I help further?
