Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
When was the Order made and why?
What has changed since then?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

The order was made in february , to freeze my bank accounts in the context of a divorce.

The conditions that would lead to discharge of the order have long been met.

However, my ex-wife and my solicitor refuse to send a letter to the bank to that effect

no - but I have done everything that was required in the freezing order.

the things that have not been done in the financial order are demonstrably due to my ex not taking certain administrative steps
