Hello,
What are his details please?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
his name is***** of KWS Wealth Management XXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXXXX, XXXXXX XXXXXX XXX XXX. FCA registration no. KWE00001. He mentioned that he had been employed in a bank on the investment side and had started up his own business some 18 months ago. Looking on his website his accounts haven’t been filed yet for his first business year. His website is XXX.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX or XXXX@XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.XXX I’m due to meet him again next week when he will have found somewhere for me to invest. Hope you can help.

Thank you.
He formed his company in August 2013 and his firm has only recently started to be regulated by the FCA in September 2014.
Keith himself has been regulated in various capacities by the FCA and FSA since 2001 as per the history here
https://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/indivHistory.do?sid=278631
He seems to be a bona fide person but whether he gives you proper advice is another matter. You may wish to ask him for references from other clients and whether he holds professional indemnity cover in the event that he gives negligent advice and a claim arises as a result.
Hope this helps
