Hi,
I hope someone can help me. I have received a claim for possession of property due to arrears in ground rent. I can pay the outstanding amount but I have forfeited the terms of the lease. My concern is that although I will pay he outstanding amount they will still proceed with the possession of property claim as they are entitled to do so. can anybody help please?
