When we moved into 14 Spencer Glade Ryde PO333AJ OUR SOLICITORS informed us that stated in the deeds of the house we and other households in Bucklands Garden and Spencer Glade had access to the beach via a locked gate passage way attatch to the grounds of 28 Bucklands Gardens we were given the lock number to the gate all was well until 28 was sold and the new owner tell us that it no longer applys and the locks have been changed, We need to know if this is so .

As a starting point you need to download the Office Copy Entries for your property - it should detail any rights on the property - including the right referred to
It may be that you will then have to go back and download a specific deed - but that will become clear once you have seen the entries
It should not cost more than £4
