Jo C. : Hi. Thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will try to help with this.
Jo C. : Is there any reason you think it may not be?
JACUSTOMER-xj7f2t7h- : No
Jo C. :

If you mean that you were a witness then you would not be entitled to representation.

Jo C. :

If you are a suspect then they always ask you to sign their notes. If you have made any statements contrary to interest they will record them.

Jo C. :

I would never suggest signing an officer's notes but they are allowed to do it.
