Hello ***** You have advised that as I did not state

Resolved Question:

Hello ***** You have advised that as I did not state that I would be looking to recover costs to the Courts that I am unable to do so. Which I understand. Similarly I did not state that I would be looking to recover any Solicitor / Legal Representatives costs. So does this mean that I am unable to include these in the submission of N225?

Alex Watts :

Hello and thanks for asking for me.

Alex Watts :

You can only recover costs as per the rules.

Alex Watts :

So on entry of Judgment you can claim Court issue fee and fixed Solicitor costs on issue only if you instructed a Solicitor to accept service.

Alex Watts :

If not, you can only recover the issue fee

Alex Watts :

Does that help?
