Alex Watts :

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

What evidence has not been supplied please?

Customer:

Hello Alex,

Customer:

My ex-partner stage a set-up with a third person to remove me from our joint tenancy home. They staged an assault at our home where 5minutes afterwards two police officers arrived and arrested me. I've found out that these officers had been to our home in the morning, my lawyer requested documentation of why they attended our home. The case was adjourned and the crown were given three week by the court to comply. That time has now elapsed but my lawyer still has not received any documents regarding this matter.

Alex Watts :

Ok - has your lawyer made an application to stay the case?

Alex Watts :

If not then if they have not complied with Court rules that is what he can do

Alex Watts :

The matter will be listed for Court and they will decide whether to stay it

Alex Watts :

If the application is successful then the prosecution ends.

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:

Thank you Alex, I have e-mailed to my lawyer today of your in -put and hopefully she will consider wether she wishes to use your comments in the trial proceedings.

Alex Watts :

Great. Can I clarify anything else for you?

Customer:

Can I speak to yo tomorrow?

Alex Watts :

Of course but I may be at Court. Even if you rate now it does not close the question although the site suggests that it does.
