My partner recently died and in his will he requested his body

Resolved Question:

My partner recently died and in his will he requested his body be left to medical science but I couldn't bring myself to do this (in agreement with his sister) also executor of will. How does that affect the outcome when the will goes to probate.

Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you
I am sorry for your loss - but please do not worry.
The fact that you did not feel able to honour his request (and please bear in mind it could have been refused by the medical authorities - many are) doe snot in any way effect Probate - such wishes are just that wishes only and have no force where Executors are in agreement with each other
I hope that this is of assistance - please ask if you need further details
