My wife was granted temporary leave to remain in the UK last

Resolved Question:

My wife was granted temporary leave to remain in the UK last November on the basis of marriage and also the fact that my son needed her. IN July we moved to UAE for me to pursue a job, and we are returning for Christmas. Her visa is still valid. Will there be any issues? Ishould add my wife has a UAE residency as well.

Hello,

No, if your wife's visa is still valid, she will be fine to enter the UK for the Christmas break as long as she leaves the UK on or before the expiry date of her leave to remain.

May I help further?

So it won't matter that she has been resident in UAE for the past few months?

Not sure how this works but I answered another question which is below.

No, it does not matter that she is now living in the UAE.

Hope this clarifies
