What does the reference to 'bars' mean?

Thank you.

The reference to "bars" simply means that you are "barred" i.e. stopped from seeking judgement against the defendants or enforcing your judgement in default as they have lodged the application to set it aside.

In any event, the bars have been removed due to their pending application to have judgement set aside.

Hope this clarifies

so is the bar currently in force - or not any more?

Expert:  UKSolicitorJA replied 2 years ago.
It is not anymore.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

so i can apply for enforcement?

Expert:  UKSolicitorJA replied 2 years ago.
No, you cannot apply for enforcement as both defendants have filed an application to set aside (remove) judgment.
