You need to complete form N5A and take it to Court asap
The Court will list the matter for hearing and decide whether to grant you relief and give possession back

It is a standard case for relief from forfeiture - it will be dealt with by a District Judge in Chambers.

You have a lease, as a matter of contract you are entitled to see out that lease.
They can not just take over YOUR business.
They can take over the building, but NOT your business.
