In a conflict with my builder, we received an MCOL judgment

Resolved Question:

In a conflict with my builder, we received an MCOL judgment which he now applied to set aside.
He still has tools in our house. Can I legally hold on to these pending the outcome of the lawsuit?

Whilst I appreciate that you have a dispute you don't want to make it so the builder can no longer work

So yes you can hold onto them if you wish

Alex Watts :

But you need to ask is it the right thing to do

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:
