I own an apartment on the tenth floor. What are my rights

Customer Question

I own an apartment on the tenth floor. What are my rights of access to move furniture into my apartment from the street and can this right of access be denied by unreasonable enforcement to carry furniture long distances (200 metres from multi-story carpark down steps and through steel security gates) instead of loading directly from street with parking restrictions.
