Hi,
Thank you for your question and welcome.
My name is ***** ***** I will assist you.
With bespoke products there is no cooling off period and therefore no immediate right to cancel.
How many of the windows have they started to make?
Kind regards
AJ

I have heard from other installers that the 14 day right to cancel does exist and that they should not start to make the windows until that time has elapsed.

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Did you sign the order at your home? Did you ask them to start making?

Order was signed at home and they were not asked to make the windows

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
Ok. Under the contract cooling off regulations you have 14 days to cancel a contract. However this cancellation right becomes void if you ask them to do the work.
If you did not ask them to do the work then they start it at their own risk - in this case they lost!
So yes you are entitled to a refund and could sue them if they refuse.
They start the order at their own risk during the cooling off period.
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
