Customer Question

I submitted a claim with a Health Insurance Company in March 2013 arising from a failed achilles tendon repair operation (in November 2011) which failed and subsequently the wound failed to heal. The wound has not yet healed (three years after the operation) and the Insrance compant are being very dilatory in assessing and answering my claim. They arranged an appointment for me with an 'independent' medical advisor in February 2014 and since then have heard neither from him or from them.
What can I do to expedite the claim ?
