An ex client has used material I designed as slide images in

Resolved Question:

An ex client has used material I designed as slide images in a published book without consent or credititing me as being the creator. One of the images is used as the front cover. 2 images were requested by client and paid for. Can I request to be creditited for the work or should I ask for them to be removed?

Thank you for your question.
You can either ask for a credit, and a fee, or you can prohibit the use of your images as you are the owner of the copyright. If you do the latter your solicitor will issue a cease and desist letter and a claim for damages.
Happy to discuss further.
