Alex Watts :

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

For now please let me know whether the defaults are accurate?

Customer:

yes

Alex Watts :

Ok - do you have any grounds to which to dispute the defaults?

Customer:

yes as it is been paid in full an the creditor is satisfied

Alex Watts :

Does it show as satisfied?

Customer:

yes

Alex Watts :

And you paid after you defaulted?

Customer:

yes for some time I was also out of the country

Alex Watts :

Ok - what dates are the defaults?

Customer:

18/01/13 and 07/01/2009

Alex Watts :

Ok, its bad news I am afraid, if the defaults are correct there is nothing you can do

Alex Watts :

If they are marked as satisfied that is all you can have done, but they will remain

Alex Watts :

They stay on your file for 6 years from date of default

Alex Watts :

But unless they are inaccurate you can not get them removed as they are valid and accurate

Alex Watts :

I am very sorry if this is not the answer you want and certainly not the one I want to give you, but I have a duty to be honest

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:

ok so everyone has said but I heard that it can be removed for a fee

Alex Watts :

No, that is not true.

Alex Watts :

Only if the lender agrees to removes it can that be done

Alex Watts :

You can ask yourself if you want, they might say yes

Customer:

ok

Alex Watts :

But only they or a Court can do it

Alex Watts :

A court will only do it if it is wrong

Customer:

ok
