As I still have not had one of your "experts" get back to me, I presumed that you had refunded my money but this does not appear to be the case according to my latest credit card statement received today.
Would you therefore refund the money as soon as possible and confirm that you have done so.
I have now made an appointment with a solicitor to discuss my question at a much higher cost!
