I am divorcing my husband and want to seperate myself from

Resolved Question:

I am divorcing my husband and want to seperate myself from his businesses as a business partner. He has 5 ltd companies. I am only a secretary of each one not a director. I am also a shareholder. I am also a 25% shareholder. I thought these were payable dividends only, but does it also make me liable to debt as well ?
