There are no set days each week witch I've asked him for ages to give me as it would be better for Imogen, he normally has her Mon - Weds near enough every week but days tend to change. Imogen will be three years this Sunday 11th. Its getting to the point now when he's telling me last minute what days he would like her on, leaving me not knowing if me and my family can plan to do things. He has her 51 hours a week and i'm very flexible if he decides to change what days he wants to have her last minute and if he wants her on my days
There is currently no set pattern -agreed at previous mediation - at the time I was not working so was prepared to be flexible plus my daughter was only a baby so it was relatively easy to accommodate days wanted. However circumstances have changed and I now have a bank job- a zero contract so I need to work to get money to support myself and my daughter, additionally my daughter is nearly 3 now and is struggling with lack of consistent patterns - bed time being a major consideration!! When I have asked my daughters father for a set pattern he says he is unable to commit to any pattern yet when he threatens me with mediation and the fact that he will push for shared parenting he can suddenly have a set shift pattern - which I struggle to understand
he live's 15 minutes away, there is no set pattern witch is what I would really like from him but he says he cant gibe it me
