i purchased a bunk bed for my daughter . my bank details have not changed since 2001 but i have no bank statements to look at. I was advised that a debt this old will alredy have been written off by the company and that under the consumer credit act they have no right to pursue me for £1000 for a bed that cost about £300 in 2001.
