In a contract, claims against our company have been indemnified

Customer Question

In a contract, claims against our company have been indemnified by a third party. The third party has an 'entitlement to recover' contributions from the company made in respect of any claim. Can we dispute the terms of their entitlement to recover in court and reasonably assess that the company does not have a liability until the court settlement is determined?
