my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
No its not a crime unless there was some sort of fraud involved.
Unless its a high value car you are likely to be able to keep it, as it is a tool of your trade.

what determines the value of the car? Is it age or engine capacity?

I have a large car at the moment but wish to buy something smaller/newer (not on credit/finance). I do have financial difficulties, however feel this would be a practical move future.

The value is according to Autotrader or Glass's guide.

Is there an age limit?

Expert:  Ash replied 2 years ago.
No. But they will pragmatic, a car with little value and a tool of the trade is unlikely to be sold.
If you have a new £40k Mercedes and use it dressing then it's likely to be sold to get s smaller one.
