When I telephoned Orange a young lady took my call. I told her the details and she said she would check my account . She then said I was right there had not been any calls and she would cancel the account and |I should take the phone back to the shop . I subsequently did this and the Manager told me the shop had been taken over by a new firm and the person who sold me the contract had been dismissed. He spent a long time on the phone to orange and then told me that I would have to ring them and ask rteturns package to send the phone backl to them which I did. They never responded and the phone is packed ion the original box on my desk awaiting their instructions.
i HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS SEVERAL TIMES . tHEY IGNORE ME. Orange is now EE and they have passed the case to Moorcroft debt collectors > i have contacted Moorcroft and they ign ore my complaint and jsut keep chasing me aand more money.DASsay I have to pay Moorcroft £10 but I cannot see how this helps as they are not going to admit they are wrong. Is'NT this A BREACH OF CONTRACT AS THE GOODS SUPPLIED WERE NOT SUITABLE USE THEY WERE INTENDED
I originally asked with O2 network as I had previously found this worked. and I lost my old phone. The salesman told me theydid not do O2 any more which was a lie and sold me on orange. When I found it did not work, and I did try it over a reasonable period ,, I rang and cancelled. I have since purchased a new phone and got an O2 network and it works perfectly .
