Alex Watts : Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
Alex Watts : For now please let me know whether they have closed your account?
Alex Watts : note I am on the train so may be on and offline
Customer:

Yes they have closed account without informing me

Alex Watts : Are they letting you pay by instalments or demand full payment ?
Customer:

They are demanding full payment

Customer:

Any update please

Alex Watts :

Do your terms say that they can close the account and ask for full payment please?

Alex Watts :

What reason is given?

Customer:

I have not entirely read through ALL the terms and conditions. but no reason has been given on account or letter for reason for closure

Alex Watts :

1) First you need to examine the terms and conditions to see if they can

Alex Watts :

2) Then you need to write to them and set out your complaint, ie that you have not been given a reason

Alex Watts :

3) If that does not resolve the problem then you can complain to the Financial Ombudsman. They offer a free and independent service and are located at: www.financial-ombmbudsman.org.uk

Alex Watts :

But as a general rule credit can be repayable upon demand. They should allow you to pay the balance off in arrears.

Alex Watts :

But follow steps 1) - 3) and that should resolve the issue

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

Customer:

No Iwill follow up on your recomendations

Thankyou
