I am presenting myself at a FDR in March. In my wife's questionnaire

Customer Question

I am presenting myself at a FDR in March. In my wife's questionnaire my wife has asked that my stock market shares are revalued and the judge agreed but the judge hasn't asked that hers are too. Our share portfolios are worth about £1,000,000 in her name and £1,700,000 in my name. Our house that is in her is worth around £700,000.
Surely our shares could be valued at the same time on the same day ?

Thank you question.

I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Have you asked shares to be revalued in your questionnaire?

No my solicitor did not ( he was keen to obtain a round table meeting before the first hearing so I think he missed this .......one reason at £350 per hour I had to let him go ).

Do you have an up to date list of her holdings?

Fairly up todate ( April / May last year ) and I know she doesn't trade on the account

Then I suggest that you get them valued at the same time so that all the unto date information is available!
