Alex Watts :

my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

Yes it can

Alex Watts :

A club is private land and you can exclude whoever you want.

Alex Watts :

To get an injunction you need to complete forms n1

Alex Watts :

http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n001-eng.pdf

Alex Watts :

And N16a

Alex Watts :

http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n016a-eng.pdf

Alex Watts :

These are submitted to the Court with a short statement saying why there should be an injunction

Alex Watts :

A copy will be sent to the Defendant and the Court will list hearing

Alex Watts :

At that point the Court sees if the injunction is contested and if so will set the matter down final hearing and give directions

Alex Watts :

The Court will then see if an interim order is required

Alex Watts :

Once there is an injunction if it is breached it is contempt of Court and the person could be warned, fined or sent to prison

Alex Watts :

So yes you can get an injunction to stop someone trying to go to the Golf Club

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything about this today please?

Customer:

no that's fine thank you
