I am writing an agreement between an actor and production

Resolved Question:

I am writing an agreement between an actor and production company. How do I word the section that states the production company will pay £150 buyout clause to have full rights to use the footage on any platform? Thanks

,
You may draft the clause as follows
The Production Company shall be entitled to use footage of the client, produced by the Production Company, on any medium in its sole discretion and the Production Company shall own all intellectual property rights in such footage, upon payment to the client of the sum of £150 ("Buy Out Payment") The client also waives all moral rights in connection with the use of such footage upon receipt of the Buy Out Payment.
You may amend the above wording as you feel necessary.
