Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.
For now please let me know how much the watches are worth?
he feels in excess of 60,000 but my research indicates around 35-40000 the debt at pawnbrokers is now 22000
Hi sorry about that I was travelling
Ok, why dont they just keep the goods if they were pawnbroked?
Ok, but I dont get if they have the watches why dont they just sell them>
Ok, but its his asset but you signed the agreement?
But if he had pawned the watches wouldn't he be in the same situation? Not able to afford repayments
Ok, what he can do is seek an injunction. He would need to complete form N1
You are asking the Court for an order to stop them selling it.
The court will send the other side a copy and set the matter down for an initial hearing.
At that point the Judge will see if the matter is contested, if it is it would be given directions and set down for a trial. In the meantime the Judge will decide whether to make an interim order
If the Judge makes an order and they disobey it, then they would be in contempt of Court and could be warned, fined or sent to prison
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?

If you signed then it is YOUR asset.
You can dispose of them, you signed the agreement.
