Hi Ben yes case Administrators did (my role) under the line of any other duty as requiredfor holiday and sick cover due to staff shortages. But since we have been privatised the reception position job role no longer exists in the public sector side now as the private sector took this role position on to manage, so why should we be asked now to cover a this role when it is for another company and not my employer (just because we are still in the same building)
So even if you were asked to cover this now it would be the exact same role as you did before with the same tasks, etc? Does your contract say you could cover this in your old job?
