I am Scottish, my wife is Canadian, been married 2 1/2 years. If my wife applies to come here permanently what are the rules by which she would be eligible for NHS treatment?

Hello,

She would be entitled to free NHS care once she moves to live with you permanently in the UK as she will become ordinarily resident in the UK.
