you are certainly not limited to just one PCP if you are claiming discrimination. You are free to list as many PCP or acts of discrimination as you believe are relevant. What you may find in some circumstances is that some grounds for complaint are dismissed, either because they are not discriminatory, are out of time or are not linked to the alleged discriminatory behaviour. That would then allow you to continue your claim with any other grounds you have listed

Hi, the concept of a PCP is broad, covering such things as recruitment criteria, employment policies, informal practices and even one-off decisions. So yes, it is indeed likely that the requirements placed on you would amount to a PCP
