we are getting evicted,27/2/2015 sheriff officer due 12.am.
we have paid trustee 32,000 pounds ,but they still want £60,000.
this has gone on since 2004.

What is your basis for not being evicted if you owe the money. What earlier steps have been taken to avoid this in the way of communication.

When an action like this is first raised, the Defender has the opportunity to go to the court and ask for time to pay or for the eviction to be delayed to enable the account to be brought up to date.
However, once the court grants decree for eviction, the creditor is able to proceed. The only way that this will be cancelled is if the creditor agrees to do so. Other than that you have no remedy I'm afraid.
