It depends on what sort of tenancy you have and when it expires. Is your landlord a private individual or a local authority/housing association? Do you know your tenancy type? eg is it an assured shorthold tenancy? If I do not know your tenancy type I may be able to work it out from the start date and landlord type. If you are in the private sector has your fixed term finished? If you give me this information I should be able to tell you when your landlord can get a court order.
