The local solisitors advised that to transfer my propery into my daughters name costs £595.
Their term was conveance of your propery into trust. On speaking to Saga they advised the term to be Life in trust at £249.

Because I am worried regarding all the errors that have occured on the drafts as well as the original letter where they advised not only that vat was included but the date was way out. Appologies regarding the slow typing as as I have an essential tremor condition. Should I have paid the vat even though it sated vat was included
