Hi,
Thank you for your question and welcome.
My name is ***** ***** I will assist you.
Can you tell me anything about the adjudication? Were you contractually obliged to participate?
Kind regards
AJ

Hi Alex

My name is ***** ***** the adjudication was initiated by another party but I don't believe we were contractually obliged because in theory , there was no contract between us. The adjudicator refers to an oral contract but I'm not even sure about that.

Kind regards

Hi,
Thank you.
Did you sign anything where you agreed to be bound by the decision?
Kind regards

I do not believe so that anything was actually signed.

Hi,
Thank you.
If this was just an adjudication to which you did not agree there would a binding resolution, then you response should be to pursue further action through the courts.
The alternative is that you would have to appoint another adjudicator to re consider the case. This is only worthwhile though if both parties agree.
What is the nature of the adjudication and dispute?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
AJ
