Hello, I am a solicitor with 20 years experience. I will try to help you with this.

LondonlawyerJ :

The last will, assuming it is a valid will properly executed etc., will revoke earlier wills. The executors should execute the last will, not an earlier version they prefer. If there are disputes about the will they can be litigated before distribution. When did this happen?

Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is Clare
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
What do you know about the later Will?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Hi sorry for late reply
The will that went to probate was dated 1987 I am told there was a later 1 mid 90 where the business was split between the 4 children children and the rest to the wife
The 87 will only gave 1 child anything the rest went to the wife.
He died in 1998. So this is all along time ago
Can anything be done about the fact the wrong will was used?
Regards
Alan
