Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is ***** *****
I will do my best to help you but I need some further information first.
Do you mean he did not have mental capacity at the time the Will was made?
Do you know what the Will says?

He suffers from Korsacoff syndrome he was committed 2013/2014. He is believed to have been suffering from it for 4-4 years prior to commitment. We have a copy of the will. All his finances expenditure have been reported to the court of protection and approved.
