I have produced a stencil mask on model aircraft kits,

Customer Question

I have produced a stencil mask for use on model aircraft kits, which would allow potential purchasers to recreate the new Red Arrows tail design. Would I be breaching copyright law with this?

Alex Watts :

Hello my name is ***** ***** I will help you with this.

Alex Watts :

The mark is subject to permission of the RAF

Alex Watts :

This is because they designed the tail fin and you must seek permission before reproducing this.

Alex Watts :

It may be subject to copyright but even if it is not, you are using their work which you did not design.

Alex Watts :

Therefore you would need permission or a licence from them to allow you to use it

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
