Customer Question

My husband is on bail for domestic violence. I withdraw my statement and now he is on bail subject to conditions. He is not allowed to come home for a month but I told the police we are working on our marriage and I wanted him to come back home as we are getting help. Please advise how I can bring him home quicker as I was to save my marraige

Hi.
Thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will try to help with this.
Have you done this before please?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No this is my first time. I had a bad experience of domestic
Violence over a year ago, just recently reported this as
I felt scared and was having flashbacks as to what
Happened. I told the police after I reported that I didn't
Want to take any further action as we are trying to save
Our marraige and seeking help. He is now on bail and not
Allowed to contact me, I didn't want this to happen as I withdrew
My statement. I just want him home

Sorry, are you saying that you have called the police before to a personal dispute?
Or otherwise complained of this issue - like to the council?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
No this is the
First time I have reported this but how can I lift the
Bail restrictions so he can come home and we
Can get marraige counselling
Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
Probably not.
When you say bail conditions, are they proceeding with the prosecution?
Or is he on a protective notice?
or do you just not know?

Ok. So when you say bail conditions, are they proceeding with the prosecution?
Or is he on a protective notice?
or do you just not know?
