Hi
Thank you for your question.
My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help you
If your Will is not properly drafted and does not make allowance for the potential claims your ex MAY have on your assets then there is a risk that this Will happen.
However provided it is done properly it can be done so that whilst he can try and challenge it he will not succeed
Please ask if you need further details
