Alex Watts :

Just to clarify, this was a formal advice you had?

Alex Watts :

Does it have the Barristers name and Chambers?

Customer:

Its regarding a disputed will - as accountant to the one party they have given me the document to read

Customer:

Actually sorry - it says the name of the solicitors but anyone could have typed this up no official heading anywhere

Alex Watts :

So this wasnt an advice from a Barrister?

Customer:

Unsure - its gives name of Business - underneath it says "Solicitors for the Executors" - but anyone could type this on paper PLEASE another point - just saying thank you for payment PLEASE dont say I have paid twice for this advice

Customer:

It appears I have paid £85 for absolutely nothing will SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT or refund the lot

Alex Watts :

Sorry for the delay but I was getting into work.

Alex Watts :

So its not a Barristers opinion?

Alex Watts :

It is a document from a firm of Solicitors which has not been sealed?

Customer:

I am getting anxious as our client has 14 days to respond

Customer:

It is 14 pages but not on an official heading - is not signed -and headed OPINION to my laymans view of it anyone could have typed it

Alex Watts :

Ok, if it has NOT been signed and has NOT been sealed then you can reject it.

Alex Watts :

It MUST be signed OR sealed by the firm

Alex Watts :

Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
