Recently bought leather suite. Fault in one recliner chair I.e. seat slopes to one side. Leather overstretched in other recliner. Asked on several occasions for money back. No response. Retailer sent furniture technician who confirmed the above and took photos and submitted his report to retailer. Retailer offered repairs. Refused to take furniture back saying they didn't wish to be lumbered with faulty furniture. Did not respond to request for money back. Agreed to repairs as being proof of faults. Sent letter of rejection of furniture requesting full refund. No reply after seven days. Matt XXXXX
