Hi.
Thank you for your question. My name is ***** ***** I will try to help with this.
Have you checked the bailii lists?
Are you in the warned list?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

My solicitor told me my case could be any time from today, so I presume I'm on the warned list but on-line warned list is access for solicitors only.

I don't know what the bailii lists is?

Are you waiting for a trial?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

I have pleaded guilty to the charge and am due appear in the high court, I presume the prosecution will put forward their case and I expect my solicitor to explain my mitigating circumstances and that after that the judge will sentence me -

Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
Did you plead at the Magistrates Court?
And they committed it to the Crown Court for sentence?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

yes

Expert:  Jo C. replied 2 years ago.
Ok.
You are not in the warned list.
You are waiting for a sentence on a date to be advised.
You can check the lists at Maidstone here
http://www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/crown/maids_T150330.01.htm
Or you can always call your solicitor at 9am on Monday as you won't be listed until 10am and even if you are first on that should give you long enough to get there if you live locally.
Can I clarify anything for you?
