Hi
Is your ex still paying a mortgage on the property or is it mortgage free?
Clare
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

hello again , there is 6 years and 2 months mortgage remaining on the property ..... I still pay the mortgage (and have continued to pay since we split 4 years ago/ divorced 2 years ago)...... in the court order it was agreed I pay the mortgage until the house is sold , we BOTH agreed that

I also pay a life insurance connected to the mortgage ..... my ex wife only pays her utility bills AND the building and contents insurance.

Expert:  Clare replied 2 years ago.
Hi
In that case I would suggest that you apply for an order that
1. Your ex vacates the property within 31 days to allow you to market the property
2. The property is marketed within 14 days
3. That your ex pays costs
