there.I have been given a judgement order of £300

Resolved Question:

Hi there.I have been given a judgement for the order of £300 per month for a debt £1585-22p.I made contact with the defendant last Thursday as that was the first payment due.She was adamant she wasn't going to pay me any money.I have checked with Northampton court to make sure she has not filed and to date she has not.What is know my legal and best way to go.Thank you Peter

If it was me I would transfer the Judgment to the High Court at a cost of $60

Once you have transferred it to then High Court you can send in High Court bailiffs.
